Caravana 2025 gives you the opportunity to present your product or service to an enthusiastic and targeted audience. From January 29th to February 2nd In 2025 we will transform the WTC Expo in Leeuwarden into the ultimate camping paradise.

Do you want to make sure that your company is present at the best camping fair in the Northern Netherlands? Then take advantage of the early bird rate now! Register now before September 1, 2024 and also receive 25 free relationship cards. You can use these cards for competitions and to invite your most important customers and relations to visit your stand at Caravana 2025.

Participation options

We offer various stand options to completely relieve you of your worries! For example, you can bring your own stand construction, rent a standard stand or purchase truss construction to present your service/products.

A standard stand is available in various sizes and consists of: white walls, carpet, lighting and power. When building your own stand, white walls, carpet and power are mandatory.

For campsites there is a stall on the Campingplein available at a friendly price! A stall is 3m. x 1m. and is atmospherically lit. The stall is delivered complete with electricity, lighting and carpet.
