The new VB-SemiAir digital control unit

We are proud to announce: with success! Our VB-SemiAir is now available with a digital (!) control unit – for models with the X250/X290 chassis* (Peugeot Boxer, Fiat Ducato, Citroën Jumper and Opel Movano).

What's new?
The control of your auxiliary air suspension system is, with this new innovation, done digitally. Both visually (the screen) and technically (the digital control unit that is connected to our 'VB-SACU', which controls the compressor). The control was previously done mechanically/pneumatically with our control panels that controlled the compressor directly.
This digitalization obviously brings a big visual advantage: it simply looks a lot better on your dashboard. You can also place this digital control unit wherever you want, taking into account a number of guidelines.

Why digital?

• It is becoming increasingly difficult to find a suitable 'location' for our control panels in new vehicles.
• It is becoming less and less desirable to sacrifice the 'already limited space' for one of our control panels.
• The desire to make the system more visually appealing.
• The desire to make the system more user-friendly.
• The desire to no longer have air lines running through the dashboard.
