What does participation cost?
Rates vary by option and size. Request a custom proposal from Team Caravana.
What do I need to arrange myself?
That depends on your chosen option. With a standard unit and truss construction, a lot is included. With a bare floor area, you arrange the walls, carpet, and lighting yourself (electricity via WTC Expo is mandatory).
Can I personalize my stand?
Certainly, please do! Bring your own signage, visuals, and product presentations. Also consider things like plants, rugs, and other decorations to give your stand a personal and atmospheric look. Facilities such as tables, chairs, etc. are available in our webshop. Do you not have your own signage or visuals but are interested in them? Then please contact us and we will arrange it for you!
Do I need extra power?
A standard unit has a capacity of 3 kW. If you need more (e.g. for heavier equipment), please let us know in advance.
