Stand type

Caravana will take place from January 29 to February 2, 2025. For questions about participating in Caravana, please contact s.postma@wtcexpo.nl.

Each participant will be charged a registration fee of €55 excluding VAT.

For bare floor space, you must provide your own stand construction, carpet and lighting (party tents and parasols as stand construction are not permitted). When purchasing bare floor space, a 3KWh electricity connection is installed and charged as standard at €137,50 excl. VAT. If you want an extra or different connection, you can indicate this in the next step of this module.

The prices for the rental of bare floor space from 18m2 are in accordance with the scale below (prices excl. VAT):

Stall on the camping square

Each participant will be charged an amount of €55,- excl. VAT registration fee. Camping square

A stall on the Campingplein is only intended for campsites and travel destinations. The stall includes a stall with a roof (3x1 m), 3 kW power connection, string lights and carpet (excluding registration fee). There is a limited number of stalls available. Maximum 1 stall per participant. See above for examples of the stall.

Each stand type is equipped as standard with a 3 kW power connection at € 137,50 excl. VAT. With a standard unit, a power point is already included in the price.

Rent facilities through the WTC Expo

Through the WTC Expo you can rent various facilities. Think of furniture, greenery and internet connection. For the complete offer, see our webshop.

Parking is free for participants and visitors.

If you want extra participant cards, you can indicate the number below. Extra participant cards will be charged at € 12,00 excl. VAT per piece.
