A smart camper takes Thai dining cooking boxes with him on his travels!
Weeri and Mandy from Thais Tafelen create cooking kits with all the Thai ingredients—including the rice—pre-measured for you. With a long shelf life and a concise recipe, you can have a delicious meal on the table in 30 minutes. All you need are two pans and a stovetop.
You fill the cooking box with whatever you find along the way: fish from the auction or vegetables from the local market around the corner. Exactly the places where everything tastes better. This way, you can cook easily and deliciously on the go, and never the same two days.
