Cookies
We automatically recognize your (temporary) IP address and possibly the website you came from with each visit to our site. This data (cookies) is used in the context of fraud prevention and security. A cookie is a small file that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. By means of cookies, we also ensure that you do not receive or have to enter the same information each time you visit our website. For example, you are automatically logged in, if applicable. After a while, this data will automatically (or manually) expire.
We use this data to analyze the navigation flow of our visitors in order to offer a better user experience. This may include keeping track of the most visited pages, as well as the number of completed contact forms and similar data.
We use session cookies, which are automatically deleted when you close your browser. In addition, we use a unique-id cookie, which allows us to recognize whether you are a unique or returning visitor.
We use tracking cookies. With your permission, we place a cookie on your device, which can be retrieved as soon as you visit a website from our network. This allows us to know that, in addition to our website, you have also visited the relevant other website(s) from our network. The profile created in this way is not linked to your name, address, email address and the like, but only serves to tailor advertisements to your profile, so that they are as relevant to you as possible.
You can set most browsers to refuse cookies or to notify you when you receive cookies. Under 'Help' in the toolbar of most browsers you will find instructions to adjust the browser settings (regarding cookie use).
If cookies are refused, there is a chance that certain services or elements of the website will not function optimally. It is also not possible for us to recognize any problems on the website (regarding user experience) and to actively respond to them.
Buttons are included on our website to promote ("like") or share ("tweet") web pages on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. These buttons work with pieces of code that come from Facebook or Twitter itself. Cookies are placed through this code. We have no influence on that. Read the privacy statement of Facebook or Twitter (which can change regularly) to read what they do with your (personal) data that they process via these cookies.
The domain name of the site server that transmits the cookies is https://caravana.eu/.
The website keeps track of general visitor data, such as the most requested pages and the number of visits. WTC Expo BV can use this to improve its services. If you have any questions about the Privacy Policy, please contact us.
WTC Expo and other websites
On the WTC Expo BV website you will find links to other websites, for example external trade fair organisers. WTC Expo cannot be held responsible for the way external parties handle your data. For this you should read the privacy statement of the website you are visiting.
When you purchase tickets through a ticket site, they may share your information with us.
The following data will then be shared:

to draw up an age profile of trade fair and event visitors.
